Annual registration begins Nov. 1 for teams and closes Dec. 1. Registration requires a $500 deposit which will be returned at or following the tournament when all team members have paid and the team has completed their roster.
To form a new team, you must have a physician goalie and team made up of entirely physicians. Register the team between Nov. 1 and Dec. 1 with a $500 deposit. Have team members register themselves online after Dec. 1.
Skills assessment form should be filled out by team captains and returned to the organizing committee by Jan. 30 in order to assist with scheduling as teams are tiered by level of skill and placed in appropriate conferences.
Individual registration is done online with an early bird price discount if this is done prior to Feb. 1.
Students are admitted free to the tournament but must register as such online.
